Previously she chaired the Management, Marketing &amp; M.I.S. Division at the Helzberg School, Rockhurst University, and was a visiting professor in Peking University\u2019s International MBA program, Beijing, China. Charlotte has also owned her own consulting business, WiseWork, and has held senior management positions in financial services and energy organizations. Charlotte Shelton is the author of &#8220;Quantum Leaps: 7 Skills for Workplace Re-Creation&#8221; (Butterworth-Heinemann, 1999), and coauthor of &#8220;The NeXt Revolution: What Gen X Women Want at Work and and How Their Boomer Bosses Can<a href=\"\" target=><\/a> Help Them Get It&#8221; (Davies-Black, 2005).<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Lynn has more than 20 years of executive leadership and consulting experience in health care, banking and engineering.
