Drs. Charlotte Shelton and Martha Lynn blend business and spirit each week on Good Business.

Dr. Shelton has served as president and chief executive officer of Unity since July 2006 . Previously she chaired the Management, Marketing & M.I.S. Division at the Helzberg School, Rockhurst University, and was a visiting professor in Peking University’s International MBA program, Beijing, China. Charlotte has also owned her own consulting business, WiseWork, and has held senior management positions in financial services and energy organizations. Charlotte Shelton is the author of “Quantum Leaps: 7 Skills for Workplace Re-Creation” (Butterworth-Heinemann, 1999), and coauthor of “The NeXt Revolution: What Gen X Women Want at Work and and How Their Boomer Bosses Can Help Them Get It” (Davies-Black, 2005).

Dr. Lynn has more than 20 years of executive leadership and consulting experience in health care, banking and engineering. She is vice president of SpiritPath at Unity Village, which includes Unity’s Hotel and Conference Center, the Unity Book Store and Coffee Shop, Unity Inn and SpiritPathSM Retreats, Workshops and Events.
